DSTRCT.Berlin continues to attract new tenants, with spectrumK GmbH signing on for c. 1500 sq m of office space on the second floor of the new building.
The service provider in the health sector is, not surprisingly, a keen advocate for better wellbeing. Their leadership team was inspired by the way DSTRCT.Berlin has been designed to elevate the everyday – from the numerous breakout spaces to the wealth of light that floods each floor, and the hundreds of bike spaces supporting active commuting.
spectrumK GmbH signed their contract at the end of 2021, and expect to move in autumn this year together with Ingef GmbH, Institute for Applied Health Research.
There is still some space left in the gorgeous restored halls – boasting high ceilings and eye-catching décor.
