Even before the employees of our first tenant STRATO move into their new offices, we have ventured a look into the still unfinished rooms for you and captured a few impressions. The spacious entrance area is graced by a huge wooden element several metres high.
The offices are still being hammered, unpacked and furniture moved back and forth. The result is an open office landscape with modern kitchen areas, numerous meeting rooms and open collaboration and relaxation areas.
The light-flooded and open office landscape reflects an open corporate culture. Telephone boxes with sound insulation provide a private atmosphere for online meetings and telephone calls. Further meeting rooms in different sizes are the optimal place for creative and concentration work.
On STRATO’s roof terrace on the 5th floor, things turn green in spring. Here, a magnificent view of the TV tower and sunsets invites to enjoy.
The first tenants will move in soon. More tenants will follow in the coming months. We will keep you up to date!
